the government healthcare centre under the talegaon dhamdere zilla parishad was totally in a bad condition with no operational-ability. the deliveries of pregnant ladies were done on chairs and there was no provision of drinking water. the center did not have separate ward and was not meeting the hygienic conditions required for the treatment of the patients. there were no provisions for the entertainment of the patients like gardens, tv's etc. no operations were done f there was no light in the center. equipments reqired for operation and treatment of patients were not available and there was no provision of hot water. hence to help the people of the village and nearby places, our club donated- 1)cooler along with water purifier 2) Solar water heater 3) laptop 4) LED tv 5) Inverter with battery backup 6) developed a well designed landscape garden with benches 7) rides for children in the garden 8) film for awareness of social health of villagers 9) operation table 10) all medical equipments for operations 11) digital vision chart
