We have identified a village “ Mauchi Dongarwadi”, 20 Kms away from Kamshet on Pune-Lonawala Road, located in the surroundings of mountains. There are 50-60 hutments with 400-500 total population.   To reach to the village, a Kaccha Road, about 18 Kms, goes from Kamshet in the mountains. From this Kaccha road, we prepared a New Kaccha Road about 1.5 Km to reach to the Village Mauchi Dongarwadi. There was no crematorium in the village nor in the surroundings of any mountains there. We constructed a crematorium there. Now this is the only crematorium in the mountains there. Villagers were required to bring water for drinking & other usage from the only well, about 1.00 Km away from Wadi. We constructed a 10,000 Ltrs. Water Tank in the wadi, laid MS pipe line from tank to the well, installed a Electrical pump in the well, gave electrical connection from the school in the wadi and made water available for the villagers in the Wadi it self.
